How To Make Cheese Stuffed Mashed Potato Balls At Home: Cheese Stuffed Potato Balls Ingredients: 4 large potatoes 1 Tbsp.salt 1 ts cumin 1/2 ts of chilli powder 2 tbsp of cornstarch Mozzarella cheese, cubed For coating: 1/2 cup (70g) flour 2 eggs 1 cup (150g) breadcrumbs Oil for frying preparation First Boiled potatoes then Peel, mash and let cool. Add salt,cumin,chilli powder and cornstarch. Mix until combined. Scoop 1 tablespoon of potato mixture and flatten on your hand, place 1 cube of mozzarella cheese in the center, wrap the potato mixture around the cheese and shape into a ball. Coat the potato ball in flour, dip into eggs, roll into bread crumbs. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. In a medium heat fry potato balls for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
