 Rosemary And Thyme Bread Recipe:  Ingredients.   300 g whole flour 250 g white flour plus extra for dusting 2 ts salt 2 tbsp olive oil 7 g quick-rising yeast 2 ts minced fresh rosemary 1 tbsp minced fresh thyme or1 ts dry thyme 250 ml warm water Preparation First Mix flour, in middle put salt and yeast , rosemary , thyme and oil .Then add warm water; Mix together very well.with hands 10 minutes then Shape the dough into a ball and place in a lightly oiled bowl.Cover bowl with plastic wrap, Let dough rise in warm draft-free area until doubled.
